I, Andrey Anatolyevich Balaban, was born on January 18, 1979, in the city of Odessa in the Ukrainian SSR (in 1991, Ukraine became an independent European country following the dissolution of the USSR). In 1994, I successfully completed 9 years of schooling at Secondary School No. 68 and enrolled in a medical college, specializing in «Laboratory Diagnostics.» During that time, I also studied occult sciences. In 1995, I chose the magical name Amanar and performed a self-initiation ritual.
From 1994 to 1997, I actively engaged in practical white and black magic and studied Kabbalah. In June 1997, I graduated with honors, receiving a diploma as a medical laboratory technician. Until the autumn of 1998, I worked as a medical laboratory technician at the Odessa City Clinic. In the autumn of 1998, I started my private practice as a tarot reader and practical magician.
In 2002, I self-published my first book, a textbook and practical guide called «Advanced Ceremonial Black Magic in Theory and Practice,» funded entirely by myself in Odessa. In 2003, I registered the public organization «Red Dragon» in the city, which represented an occult community uniting practitioners of Western ceremonial magic. We conducted collective rituals on new moons, full moons, and all magical holidays. I started conducting seminars and training on tarot and Kabbalah in Odessa. There were several scandals where communist-owned journalists attempted to defame me through the media.
In 2010, I participated in the Ukrainian reality show «Battle of Psychics.» After the show, I moved to Kiev. In 2012, my first book, «Advanced Ceremonial Magic in Theory and Practice,» was reissued by the Moscow-based publisher «Veligor» under an exclusive agreement, and five new books were published until 2021, including «Practical Course of High Magic,» «Magicians Are Not Made, They Are Born,» «Grimoire of Black Witchcraft: A Handbook for Witches,» and «22 Lessons of Witchcraft.»
Throughout my practice, I have been interviewed by various media outlets as an expert in the field of magic. I was also featured in a documentary film called «The Map of Black Magic,» where I served as an expert. Additionally, I participated as the main character in the controversial show «Victims of Black Magic.«
In 2019, at the age of 40, I continued my education at the Kiev Institute of Business and Technology, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2022. In 2022, I enrolled in a master’s program in practical psychology, which I am expected to complete in December 2023.
Starting March 1, 2024, I took a professional development program to obtain a qualification as a Clinical Psychologist at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, which concluded in July 2024. In the fall of 2024, I enrolled in a doctoral program in social psychology.
In 2024, I also published a 108-card deck accompanied by a 416-page book titled «Tarot Satans.»
I have lived for an extended period in Mexico and Thailand, and I have traveled to countries such as Egypt, Turkey, Tunisia, UAE, Cyprus, Greece, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Switzerland, Portugal, Czech Republic, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, the Dominican Republic, China, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives.
I have accounts on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. I am not present on any other social media platforms.
In 2023, in Rome, during a meeting with magicians, I established the organization «Magical Rammstein» to maintain balance and equilibrium.
We are currently considering the possibility of registering the organization as the «Organization of United Magicians» (OUM), the «European Bureau of Magic,» and the «European Center for Magical Education.»
Currently, I am working on three books: «My Profession — Sorcerer,» «Diagnosis of Karma,» and «Necromantic Psychology.» Additionally, I am actively developing the field of practical esoteric psychology within the field of psychology. At the moment, five of my small works have been published in this direction: «77 Appeals to the Higher Self,» «Healing by the Power of Magic,» «Express Diagnosis of Curses, Love Spells, and Possessions,» «Test for Magical Abilities,» «Relationships and Their Prospects: A Dialogue with the Subconscious.»
I actively collaborate with magicians and occultists and am open to participating in joint projects. At the time of writing this article, I am located within the European Union.
